Shipping
When will my order ship?
We ship most orders within 2 business days.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Our warehouse is centrally located so customers in the continental U.S. receive their orders 1 to 5 days after shipment.
What shipping companies do you use?
We ship with USPS and UPS Ground. Because poker chips are heavy, we don't offer expedited shipping.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO addresses?
Unfortunately, we don't currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping only through eBay International Shipping, which gives customers a better shipping rate. Please visit our eBay Store to order from outside the U.S.
Returns and Damaged Items
Do you accept returns, and is there a restocking fee?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days after delivery, and we don't charge a restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy for details.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us if your order was damaged during shipment or a product is defective. We'll be happy to replace any damaged or defective items.
Poker Chips
Do you sell poker chips individually or in sets?
Our poker chips are sold in rolls of 25, with one denomination or color per roll. That lets you build a custom set with exactly the values your game needs and add more rolls whenever you like.
How many poker chips do I need?
A 300-chip set, or 12 rolls, works for about 6 players. Most home games with 8 to 10 players use 500 to 600 chips, or 20 to 24 rolls. Tournaments and two-table games usually need about 1,000 chips, or 40 rolls.
What's the difference between clay, clay composite, and ceramic poker chips?
Clay poker chips are made of 100% clay and have a soft, textured feel at 10 to 11 grams. Clay composite poker chips blend clay with other materials for a firmer, tougher chip, and our 13.5- and 14-gram styles have a metal insert. Ceramic poker chips have a smooth surface printed edge to edge, with values on both faces and the edge.
What's the difference between denominated and non-denominated poker chips?
Denominated chips have values printed on them, from 25¢ up to $100,000 depending on the style. Non-denominated chips use colors instead, so you can assign your own value to each color.
What size are your poker chips?
Most of our poker chips are the standard 39mm size. Jupiter Club chips are an oversized 43mm and need cases and trays made for 43mm chips.
Are you an authorized Claysmith Gaming reseller?
Yes. Poker Chip Kings is an authorized reseller of Claysmith Gaming products, including Milano, Desert Heat, The Mint, Poker Knights, Showdown, and Monaco Club poker chips.
Poker Chip Cases and Accessories
Do your poker chip cases come with chips?
No. Our poker chip cases are sold empty so you can fill them with the chips you choose. Our 600 and 1000 Count Acrylic cases include their chip trays.
Which cases fit 43mm poker chips?
Oversized 43mm chips, like Jupiter Club, fit our 500 Count Oversized 43mm Poker Chip Case and 100 Count Oversized 43mm Poker Chip Tray with Lid. Standard 39mm chips fit all of our other cases and trays.
Do you sell playing cards, dealer buttons, and dice?
Yes. Our poker accessories include casino-style playing cards, a 2-inch engraved dealer button, and packs of five red translucent 16mm dice.
