When will my order ship?

We ship most orders out within 3 - 4 business days.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Our warehouse is centrally located in Indianapolis which allows anyone in the Continental U.S. to receive their order in 1 - 5 days after shipment.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO?

Unfortunately we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO.

Do you ship internationally?

We only provide international shipment via eBay’s Global Shipping Program as it provides customers a better shipping rate. Please see our eBay Store.

What shipping companies do you use?

For individual chips we use USPS Priority and for chip sets we use UPS or FedEx Ground. Due to the weight of the chips we do not offer overnight or 2nd day air. Please see shipping delivery maps below:

Do you accept returns and have a restocking fee?

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery and do not have a restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

Please contact us if you received a product that has been damaged during shipment or is defective. We will be happy to replace any damaged or defective products.
